Apostle Maria Ushery is a Delaware native, devoted mother of three, and proud grandmother of two. Her life is deeply rooted in faith, family, and a calling to serve—shaping her heart for people and her commitment to community transformation.

With over two decades of ministry experience, Apostle Maria has dedicated her life to building and empowering others. She is the founder of Women of Outreach, a prayer-focused organization, and the visionary behind The Process Conference, an annual gathering designed to inspire personal growth, healing, and encouragement.

 

Called and appointed by the Holy Spirit, Apostle Maria carries a divine mandate to spread the Gospel and advance the Kingdom of God. Her mission is grounded in Isaiah 61:1—to heal the brokenhearted, liberate the captives, and bring freedom and restoration to those in need.

In June 2019, she answered the call to pastoral leadership. In February 2020, through the revelation of Philippians 1:6, she was affirmed in God’s promise to complete the work He began in her—leading to the founding of Rebuilders Faith Ministries, Inc.

 

As the vision expanded, so did the work. In 2023, the ministry launched the Kingdom Empowerment Enrichment Institute, created to educate, equip, and empower Kingdom Ambassadors. This commitment to both spiritual and practical growth continued through the development of the Rebuilders Resource Center, extending vital support and resources into the community.

After prayer, seeking, and divine direction, the ministry entered a new era.

 

On March 1, 2026, Rebuilders Faith Ministries became Kingdom Builders Tabernacle—a name that reflects a greater mandate and an expanded assignment. This transition represents more than a name change; it is a Kingdom shift—moving from rebuilding to establishing, from restoration to expansion, and from foundation to dominion.

 

While the foundation remains, the vision has expanded, and the mission has intensified. Today, under Apostle Maria’s leadership, Kingdom Builders Tabernacle stands as a place where lives are built, purpose is cultivated, and the Kingdom of God is advanced—through greater power, greater passion, and greater presence.

 

Apostle Maria is a certified Christian counselor, certified life coach, and a theology graduate of Andersonville Theological Seminary. Through her training and experience, she provides spiritual guidance and practical support to individuals seeking healing, growth, and purpose.

In December 2023, she published her first book, Refined for Purpose, along with The Believer’s Decree journal—further extending her impact by equipping others through teaching, reflection, and spiritual development.

 

Her influence has been widely recognized, including being named one of the Top 10 Impactful Voices on the Move. She has been featured on the cover of Gleaming Dreamers Magazine, highlighted on the K.I.S.H Magazine Billboard, and appeared on The Dreamer In You show on Dominion TV.

 

Apostle Maria is known for her unwavering faith, bold leadership, and deep commitment to serving God’s people. Through her work, lives are transformed, purpose is awakened, and the Kingdom of God continues to advance.
